Because health is not a goal, desire, aim or target but it a routine of life, the way we go for routine check-up, similarly we should routine a habit to exercise to keep ourself away from any possible developing disease inside us. Our diets, sedentary lifestyle, being physical inactive, tobacco smoking/alcohol consumption are someway inviting chronic diseases that might cost like hell for its treatment.
