What are the real barriers that is stopping any individual to come to fitness service and participate in regular exercise where they have another important work to do instead.

Let me tell your psychological assumptions can be somehow not acting in favor of you for long term. The first thing is that whatever you believe and try to act, is totally your own associated beliefs, you should not change it but can be managed and rearranged a bit to make your life quality life than before. Somehow quality life is not dependant on what you are doing which is going perfect or not , it also includes what you never experience and by which some others are getting benefitting and living quality life with no big investment. Yes of course I am talking about leaving sedentary life style and adapting physical active lifestyle.
